Welcome 2019 IPOS-CAPO Student, Trainee, and ECP Conference Attendees,
This year the CAPO Student Liaison and IPOS Early Career Professionals in Psycho-oncology (ECPP) Committee have jointly organized a number of exciting events (see list below) at the conference to provide opportunities for mentoring and networking. These events are made possible through the support of the conference hosts, CAPO and IPOS. They are open to all students (e.g. undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD), trainees (e.g. post-doctorate fellows, clinical trainees), and early career professionals within ten years of their highest degree that are members of IPOS and/or CAPO. Reduced conference fees are available for ECPPs (within three years of their highest degree) and CAPO Student Members. Please click here to register for the Congress.
We look forward to welcoming you to Banff and sharing a fun, productive, and educational conference together.
ONLY current student CAPO and/or IPOS members-in-training are welcome to apply for volunteer opportunities to help off-set congress registration fees.
Student members are welcome to sign up for a volunteer time slot (each shift being 5 hours). For every shift worked, $100.00 will be refunded off your congress registration. Students may apply to work up to 3 shifts (total $300.00 discount value).
Student’s volunteering to assist with the Gala Dinner (3 hour commitment) can then attend the Gala dinner for free. There will not be any monetary compensation for this.
*You may apply for 3 shifts and the gala as long as there is no overlap.
To be eligible to sign up for a shift you must first register to attend. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of being approved and assigned a shift.
Use the Congress hashtag to self-promote pre-conference.
